We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Free Shipping

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your outdoor furniture, decor, or accessories perfectly suit your outdoor sanctuary.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Grill Covers (once removed from packaging)
  • Outdoor Cookware that has been used or removed from original packaging
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

Step-by-Step Return Process

1Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Email us directly at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Products you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

2Receive Return Authorization

Once we approve your return request, we’ll provide you with:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any special packaging requirements

3Package Your Item

Carefully repackage your item using the original packaging materials. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

4Ship Your Return

Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as OUTSUNNY Shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

5Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where:

  • We sent the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged

In such instances, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return and verify its condition.

Refund Method

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

For exchanges, follow the standard return process and clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.
