Return & Exchange Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to ensure your outdoor furniture, decor, or accessories perfectly suit your sanctuary.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Item must be in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Grill Covers (once removed from packaging)
- Outdoor Cookware that has been used or removed from original packaging
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Once we approve your return request, we’ll provide you with:
- Return Authorization Number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any special packaging requirements
Step 3: Package Your Item
Carefully repackage your item using the original packaging materials. Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation. Write your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your package as OUTSUNNY Shop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we’ve sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. In such instances, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. For exchanges, follow the standard return process and clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.
