This 8 quart stock pot is perfect for simmering soup or boiling vegetables for maximum flavor infusion. The base of this stock pot features a stainless steel plate that is bonded to the aluminum pot, allowing it to be used with induction ranges with the same effectiveness as full stainless steel cookware.
